The biniatro house aims to blend seamlessly between its habitat and natural environment. Located in Son Vida or rather a neighborhood on the outskirts of central Palma, this project was completed by NEGRE and is heavily inspired by the light, simplicity and warmth of the Mediterranean.
The site is set on gently sloping grounds that provide beautiful panoramic sea views, this neighborhood retains its Mediterranean charm but still feels contemporary. NEGRE is always looking for aesthetic beauty and maximum functionality of space through noble materials and solutions that are tailored to the client’s wishes.
This five-bedroom house stands on an area of 800 square meters without leaving any unused land. A residence consisting of a sensational set of nature, light, shadow and the constant sound of Mediterranean crickets during the summer was the inspiration for this project.
Like NEGREĀ other works, the biantaro house has been a defender of the timelessness of design and has always focused on the importance of detail. Work closely with today’s best suppliers and brands to ensure all materials are of high quality and end result is as expected.
For this project, the architect chose several materials and textures of the highest quality, honestly, which were drawn with soil to create the impression of harmony between the house and the natural surroundings. NEGRE Work transmits the emotion of every project and the satisfaction of a job well done.
