If you are creative enough, get some ghosts and stick them on the ceiling or buy giant rattan spiders and stick them on the ceiling. Such crafts are very easy and can be done in a few minutes.

The most popular idea is to hang witch hats from the ceiling, this is an easy solution for parties without a specific theme. Simply get or make some large black hats and hang them wherever you want.
