We always imagine having a green garden on the part of our house. This week, the design of the park was designed by Kim Hoyt and Evelyn Zornosa of Kim Hoyt Architecture/Landscape truly realize my dream. It is part of renovation the park with new deck and a two-story steel arbor. Located in the backyard of their historic Brooklyn Brownstone, Hoyt’s clients want to replace existing wooden deck and stairs by adding a garden. They imagine deck and gardens they become natural extension of interior living space, so the choice fell on Kim Hoyt, a registered architect and landscape architect to design structure of the architecture and surrounding landscape. To create a seamless transition between indoors and out, Hoyt uses a lot of the same material in both space and replicated some of the interior features more dramatic recognizable outdoors. Look inspiration over the deck with the following additional gardening space and get inspired!
